🇺🇸Taking into consideration the annual calendar of Dennis Jiu-Jitsu Club team, yesterday we had our end-of-year belt cerimonial and seminar, which in my opinion is among the most important events of the year.
While some people say that the belt is only good for tying the Gi, I disagree and believe that the belt, in addition to tying the Gi, is an individual achievement that, along with the student’s maturation, comes with the weight of responsibility within the sport, which naturally increases as the student progresses through the ranks. Therefore, we should celebrate every moment and every achievement, making the most of memorable days like these with our teammates.
I would like to congratulate each student who, with great effort and dedication, climbed another step on the ladder of life, and I would like to remind them that every step is important, whether small or large, as long as it is taken on the right path and without shortcuts.
My thanks also extend to all black belts and professors who were present with their students. Know that I am a true fan of each and every one of you, as at each belt cerimonial or seminar, I see how much each professor has evolved in teaching and overflowing knowledge to the students. Congratulations, professors, you are truly fulfilling your mission. Your work is what makes this team what it is today. No one builds anything alone; we are together on this journey, growing professionally and personally.
I wish everyone (inside and outside the team) a happy new year with a lot of peace in their hearts, God bless you, and hopefully 2023 be a great year for everyone.
🇧🇷Levando em consideração o calendário anual da equipe Dennis Jiu-Jitsu Club, ontem aconteceu nosso seminário de graduação de fim de ano, que na minha opinião está entre os eventos mais importantes do ano.
Enquanto alguns falam que faixa só serve pra amarrar o kimono, eu não concordo e acredito que a faixa além de amarrar o kimono é uma conquista individual que além do amadurecimento do aluno, vem com o peso da responsabilidade dentro do esporte que de forma natural aumenta conforme o aluno vai se graduando. Sendo assim, devemos celebrar cada momento e cada conquista, aproveitando ao máximo dias memoráveis como esses ao lado dos companheiros de equipe.
Gostaria de parabenizar cada aluno que com muito esforço e dedicação subiu mais um degrau nessa escada da vida, e gostaria de lembrá-los que cada passo é importante, seja ele pequeno ou grande desde que seja pelo caminho certo e sem atalhos.
Meus agradecimentos se estendem também a todos faixas pretas e professores que estiveram presentes com seus alunos, saibam que sou um verdadeiro fã de cada um de vocês, pois a cada seminário de graduação percebo o quanto cada professor evoluiu ensinando e transbordando conhecimento para os alunos. Parabéns professores, vocês estão de fato cumprindo a missão. O trabalho de vocês é o que faz esta equipe ser o que é hoje. Ninguém constrói nada sozinho, estamos juntos nessa jornada, crescendo profissional e pessoalmente.
Desejo a todos (dentro e fora da equipe) um final de ano com muita paz no coração, que Deus abençoe e que 2023 seja um ano de muita alegria para todos.
