Understanding the leadership process within Jiu-Jitsu

To all jiu-jitsu practitioners who intend to walk the path to black belt or lead a team, the rule is, “understand the process”. Live jiu-jitsu day after day and know that the maturity to lead will come with the time on the mat not with the time the practitioner enrolled in the gym.
